The Cracked Cork was founded in 2004 by Gary Bowles. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Yale, Gary brings his love of food and wine to the business along with over 30 years of brewing experience. He and the staff of The Cracked Cork are available for onsite training, both for individuals and groups.
